The theme of the conference is “The Implementation of Technology in Second/Foreign Language Learning: Past, Current and Future Ventures.”  The purpose is to exchange, disseminate and examine new practices in the integration and implementation of technology in Second/Foreign Language Learning. The aim is to bring together teachers, educators, instructors, researchers, and interested educational stakeholders to exchange experiences, practices and research outcomes emerging from the implementation of technology in second/foreign language learning.

4th UCY-LC International Forum of Early Researchers

The Language Center of the University of Cyprus is pleased to announce the 4th UCY-LC International Forum of Early Researchers. The theme of the 4th Forum will be "Languages: Culture, Critical thinking and Communication". The purpose of the event is to promote, disseminate and favour the exchange of results obtained by early researchers in the first stages of their research career (research projects for undergraduate studies or a Master’s Degree, preparing their doctoral thesis or PhD holders in their first 5 years of their academic research career) from different disciplines that directly or indirectly engage in the study of languages ​​and literature.

XI Jornadas de Formación para Profesores de Español en Chipre

Las Jornadas de Formación  para Profesores de ELE en Chipre, están organizadas por la Sección de Español de la Universidad de Chipre con la colaboración del Instituto Cervantes de Atenas y el Aula Cervantes de Nicosia y la Asociación de Profesores de Español en Chipre. Estas Jornadas de Formación están abiertas a toda persona que se dedique a la enseñanza de lenguas (no solo del español como lengua extranjera; si bien la lengua del evento es el español), estén ya en activo o en proceso de formación (grado, máster o doctorado) o interesados en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de lenguas.

Le Giornate di Formazione per Insegnanti di Italiano L2/LS a Cipro sono organizzate dalla Sezione di Italiano dell’Università di Cipro. Sebbene siano dirette a tutti coloro che si dedicano all’insegnamento dell’italiano come lingua straniera negli ambiti pubblici e privati, queste “Giornate di Formazione” sono aperte a chiunque insegni le lingue e non solo l’italiano come lingua straniera. L’evento si terrà in italiano ed è rivolto a tutti coloro che siano professionalmente attivi, a tutti gli studenti di laurea triennale, laurea magistrale, master, dottorato, ecc. e a chi è interessato all’insegnamento e all’apprendimento delle lingue.
